United States v. City of Pawtucket

On May 23, 2024, in United States v. City of Pawtucket (D. R.I.) the Department filed a complaint under Section 203 of the Voting Rights Act and Section 302 of the Help America Vote Act as well as a proposed consent decree.  On July 30, 2024, the three-judge court signed the parties' consent decree.
