United States v Greenview Associates L.P. (D. N.H.)

On January 8, 2025, the United States filed an “election” complaint in United States v. Greenview Associates L.P., et al. (D.N.H.). The complaint alleges that the defendants—Greenview Associates L.P., Palmer Asset Management, LLC, and John Martin—violated the Fair Housing Act by retaliating against the Complainant because he filed a discrimination claim with HUD. The case was referred to the Division after the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development received a complaint, conducted an investigation, and issued a charge of discrimination.
