How do I apply for relief?

We have reached our limit of 5,000 new applicants, so the application website is temporarily closed. We cannot accept any new applications at this time.  

When will the application website reopen?

January 2027.

I already have started an application. Can I keep working on it?

Yes. If you have already started one, you can log in, finish and submit it.

Can I print a paper copy of the application?

No. This form must be completed and submitted online. There is no paper option.
