Advanced FARA Troubleshooting
Use the link below to launch the screen sharing platform, Microsoft Teams. Depending on your computer type you can choose to either access the Teams environment via web browser (no additional software installation required) or download the Teams client. 



Note - This link is only active at specific times directed by FARA Unit staff for troubleshooting system issues.


Additional Notes Regarding Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams on the web is currently supported in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Internet Explorer 11. For all other browsers Teams Desktop is available for download.

If using Microsoft Teams via web browser you may be prompted to allow access to camera or microphone. This is OPTIONAL so you can allow or deny the request. You will also be prompted to provide a guest name when entering the Teams session.
