Update on Agency Records

In the FOIA Counselor column of the Fall 1980 issue, the Weisberg v. Department of Justice case cited was the incorrect Weisberg case. The case dealing with copyrighted materials in agencies' possession which should have been cited is Weisberg v. Department of Justice, 631 F.2d 824 (D.C. Cir. 1980).
