About the District of Kansas

The United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Kansas employs a dedicated team of Assistant United States Attorneys, Special Assistant United States Attorneys, and support staff working across three offices serving the federal courts in Wichita, Topeka, and Kansas City, Kansas.

Our jurisdiction encompasses all 105 counties in Kansas, serving a population of approximately 2.9 million residents.

Our office is organized into Civil, Criminal, and Administrative Divisions along with several specialized units.
