Brian Whitfield was convicted by a federal jury, of 14 fraud-related counts. The jury found Whitfield guilty of conspiracy, wire fraud, theft from an employee benefit program, filing a false tax return, and money laundering. Whitfield will be sentenced by Judge Campbell on January 26, 2015.

The pretrial conference is now scheduled to take place on December 3, 2012 at 10:30 AM. If a plea agreement is submitted, the guilty plea hearing will take place on December 3, 2012 in lieu of the pretrial conference.
