TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA – Lorenzo Heatrice, 70, was found guilty by a federal jury of conspiring to possess with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and two counts of distribution and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, one involving five grams of methamphetamine and the other involving 50 grams. 

Greenville, MS – A Greenville man was sentenced yesterday to 33 months in prison for distribution of fentanyl.

A resident of Queens Village, New York admitted to distributing and possessing with intent to distribute a significant amount methamphetamine, fentanyl, and heroin.

SAN DIEGO – Federal prosecutors in the Southern District of California filed 124 border-related cases this week, including charges of assault on a federal officer, bringing in aliens for financial gain, reentering the U.S. after deportation, and importation of controlled substances.

SPARTANBURG, S.C. — Six individuals, including a set of twins and their grandmother, from the Upstate were sentenced to a total of 813 months in federal prison after they pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Biggerstaff additionally pleaded guilty to possessing a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking. 

Ruben Martinez Martinez, of San Antonio, was sentenced to 135 months in federal prison for smuggling more than 10 kgs of fentanyl and nearly 35 kgs of methamphetamine into the United States from Mexico

Alphonso Page, 35, of Alexandria, was sentenced as a career offender to 14 years in prison for distributing fentanyl.
