On June 9, ICITAP-Armenia’s Mission Advisor delivered a powerful presentation to 118 interagency and international partners about ICITAP’s new police development assistance mission in Yerevan. Since 2020, ICITAP has been assisting in the development of the standards and capacity for a new patrol police department of the Armenian National Police to select, onboard, train and oversee the operations of its new patrol police officers. ICITAP assists in the development of a new basic training platform capable of integrating best practices into the police academy’s curricula that provides instructors access to scenario-based training concepts and active-learning techniques.
