This training teaches the participants all the requirements of conducting internal audits across all aspects of their lab operations, how they should develop their Annual Audit Plan, how to formulate the audit team, how to perform the audit professionally and constructively so that any non-conformities are dealt with and resolved, identifying improvements to improve the lab's operations, and finally how to prepare the final report which is signed off by the audited area and the audit team.
