Indonesia: ICITAP Enhances Collaboration with Directorate General of Immigration

On July 22, a meeting was held with the Indonesian Directorate General of Immigration, Director of International Relations and his staff regarding enhancing collaboration and engagement with ICITAP. The Director of International Relations was provided with a briefing regarding the analyst notebook training program (ANB), and the capabilities of the i2 software to support investigations. At the conclusion of the briefing, the Director requested ICITAP work with the Directorate's Intelligence Bureau and provide training to members of their staff at their headquarters and in five primary locations across Indonesia that process over 80% of all people entering or exiting the country. Specific details of support to the Directorate will be finalized after the pandemic restrictions are lifted in Indonesia.
