Assistant Attorney General Eric Dreiband of the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division, U.S. Attorney John F. Bash, and FBI El Paso Division Special Agent in Charge Luis M. Quesada held a press conference to announce a Texas man has been charged with federal hate crimes and firearms offenses related to August 3, 2019, mass-shooting in El Paso.
