November 28, 2022

On November 28, the ICITAP trained and supported Patrol Police of the Luhansk Region helped deliver humanitarian aid to residents of this recently liberated territory in eastern-most Ukraine. The Patrol Police continue to support the communities they serve by caring for its citizens in supplying food, blankets, cookware, winter clothing and other humanitarian aid despite the harsh weather conditions and complexities of ongoing shelling and combat in the region. The Patrol Police are the initial responders to calls for assistance, accidents, routine patrols, community engagement, emergencies, crowd control and intervention of active criminal activity. In Ukraine, ICITAP is supported by the Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs.
