On January 25, 2017, Cody Trevor Burgsteiner was sentenced to 84 months in prison, followed by 3 years of supervised released, and was ordered to pay $2,473,668.71 in restitution (to be paid jointly and severally with several defendants in related cases).

On the same day, Darra Lee Shephard was sentenced to 96 months in prison, followed by 3 years of supervised released, and was ordered to pay $7,215,695.20 in restitution (to be paid jointly and severally with several defendants in related cases).

On December 13, 2016, Jeffrey Robert Bonner was sentenced to 180 months in prison, 3 years of supervised released, and ordered to pay $9,688,486.47 in restitution (to be paid jointly and severally with several defendants in related cases).

Jeffrey Robert Bonner, Cody Trevor Burgsteiner, and Darra Lee Shephard pleaded guilty on July 12 (Burgsteiner), 13 (Bonner), and 14, 2016 (Shephard) before U.S. Magistrate Judge David Keesler to various counts of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and mail fraud, wire fraud, conspiracy to commit money laundering, and international money laundering.
