UPDATE – May 14, 2019: A sentencing hearing for defendant Tanganica Corbett has been set for May 20, 2019, at 1:30 PM.

On October 30, 2018, the court granted the government’s motion pursuant to Rule 35 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure to reduce Kevin Weaver’s sentence from 41 months to 36 months of imprisonment.
In addition, Tanganica Corbett is appealing her sentence.
On July 16, 2018, Tanganica Corbett was sentenced to 1 year and 1 month of incarceration, followed by 3 years of supervised release. Defendant Corbett has filed a motion requesting to remain on bond pending her appeal.
In addition, Kevin Weaver was sentenced to 3 years and 5 months of incarceration, followed by 3 years of supervised release. Defendant Weaver is in custody.
The sentencing hearings for defendants Tanganica Corbett and Kevin Weaver have been rescheduled for July 16, 2018, at 1:00 PM.

On April 24, 2018, defendants Kevin Weaver and Tanganica Corbett each pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to wrongfully disclose individually identifiable health information, and defendant Corbett also pleaded guilty to two counts of wrongful disclosure of individually identifiable information. Any remaining counts will be disposed of sentencing.
As a result of the guilty pleas, the trial involving defendants Weaver and Corbett has been cancelled.
In addition, the sentencing hearings for both defendants have been scheduled:
Defendant Weaver is scheduled for July 16, 2018, at 10:00 AM.
Defendant Corbett is scheduled for July 16, 2018, at 11:00 AM.
A status hearing for defendants Tanganica Corbett and Kevin Weaver is scheduled for April 25, 2018, at 1:00 PM, in courtroom 5A.
On April 17, 2018, Judge Roy B. Dalton recused himself from the case and the case was reassigned to Judge Gregory A. Presnell.
As a result of the recusal, the trial date previously scheduled for defendants Corbett and Weaver on May 7, 2018, has been cancelled. The trial is expected to be rescheduled for a new date during the May trial term.
The status hearing previously scheduled for defendants Corbett and Weaver on April 19, 2018, has been cancelled.
A change of plea hearing for defendant Kevin Weaver is scheduled for April 24, 2018, at 10:00 AM, in courtroom 3C.

On March 13, 2018, defendant Kevin Weaver was arrested and made his initial appearance before the court. Weaver was arraigned and pleaded not guilty. He was released and placed in the custody of a third party.
On March 1, 2018, defendant Tanganica Corbett made her initial appearance before the court. Corbett was arraigned and pleaded not guilty. She was released from custody.
