Jimmy Joe Ross Latimer entered a guilty plea on October 25, 2007 to one count of conspiracy (Count 1: 18 U.S.C. § 371) and one count of wire fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1343), and was sentenced on August 18, 2008 to 46 months' incarceration, 3 years' supervised release and ordered to pay $5 million in restitution, jointly and severally with his co-defendants.
