Patrick Ohlweiler entered a guilty plea to one count of conspiracy (Count 1: 18 U.S.C. § 371) and one count of wire fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1343), with a telemarketing fraud enhancement (18 U.S.C. § 2326) and was sentenced on August 18, 2008 to 41 months' imprisonment, 3 years supervised release, and ordered to pay $5 million in restitution, jointly and severally with his co-defendants.
