Welcome to the U.S. Department of Justice, and congratulations on being selected to join the dedicated employees of DOJ’s Environment and Natural Resources Division!
We look forward to welcoming you on your first day. In addition to the information provided by your Human Resources (HR) Specialist in your offer letter, we are providing some additional resources below to help you prepare for your transition to federal service.
While some of you may be familiar with or may have prior Federal service, many of you may be joining the Federal Government for the first time. Your HR Specialist provided you with the type of appointment that is applicable to you. Please select that link to download and complete your new employee documents.
Please remember to bring appropriate documents to verify your eligibility for employment in the United States, as required by law.
The following are acceptable documents:
- U.S. Passport OR Naturalization Certificate
- Current driver’s license AND your social security card or birth certificate
The complete list of acceptable documents is listed on page 4 of the I-9 form.
