Interview Information:
The Office of Attorney Recruitment and Management (OARM) will centrally schedule all Antitrust Division Honors Program interviews. Summer Law Intern Program candidates will be contacted directly by the selecting Antitrust Office(s), not OARM.
All interviews will be conducted using Microsoft Teams in a completely virtual environment. The Antitrust Division will send each interviewee a Microsoft Teams invitation. Please plan to be available 15 minutes prior to the official start time of your interview and reach out to the listed contacts should you have any issues accessing Microsoft Teams. The Antitrust Division interview process lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Pre-Interview Submissions: The Antitrust Division requests a writing sample.
Submission Deadline: Within 7 business days following notification of selection for an interview.
Format: Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat
Type of Writing Sample: Interview candidates should submit one writing sample only, not to exceed 15 pages in length. Within the 15-page limit, applicants may include a summary or introductory statement with their writing sample to orient and provide context for the reviewers. An excerpt from a longer piece is acceptable. The sample should provide evidence of the candidate’s skills in legal analysis and writing. It should represent the candidate’s own work, without extensive editing by anyone else.
