This recording includes a montage of remarks by hate crimes survivors Dawn and Richard Collins, parents of Second Lieutenant Richard Collins III; Rami and Victoria Jabara, siblings of Khalid Jabara; and Susan Bro, mother of Heather Heyer.  The recording also shares information about the Justice Department’s hate crimes enforcement efforts, including implementation of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act and the Covid-19 Hate Crimes Act, which includes provisions of the Jabara-Heyer NO HATE Act.
