United States v Hecker et al

The public is reminded that an indictment contains only charges and is not evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent and are entitled to a fair trial at which the government has the burden of proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

Scheduled Court Hearings

June 15, 2018 at 2:30 pm:  A hearing on the motion to continue trial and the motion to declare the case complex will be held in Anchorage Courtroom 3

September 20, 2018 at 2:30 pm:  A Final Pretrial Conference will be held in Anchorage Courtroom 3

October 1, 2018 at 8:30 am:  The Trial by Jury will begin (if a plea agreement is reached this will be vacated)
