Fraud, Public Corruption, and Civil Rights Section (FPCCR)

The Fraud, Public Corruption, and Civil Rights Section (FPCCR) is responsible for handling complex prosecutions, dismantling sophisticated white-collar syndicates, and protecting systemic integrity and civil liberties. FPCCR handles various offenses including health-care, tax, and federal program frauds targeting government agencies; high-dollar schemes exploiting businesses and non-profits; cross-border money laundering and crypto-currency networks; ransomware and cyber-enabled crimes; public corruption involving bribery, conflicts of interest, and systemic obstruction; and targeted civil rights violations.
