Illegal Alien Pleads Guilty To Unlawful Reentry

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Pedro Ramos Hernandez, a/k/a Pedro Espiridi Ramos-Hernandez, a/k/a Pedro Espiidio Ramos-Hernandez, a/k/a Pedro Ramos, a/k/a Pedro Aernandez Ramos, a/k/a Pedro Espiridion Ramos, a/k/a Pedro Espiridion Ramos Hernandez, a/k/a Aeronandez Ramos, a/k/a P. Espiridion Ramos-Hernandez, a/k/a Pedro E. Ramos-Hernandez, age 63, a Mexican national unlawfully present in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, pleaded guilty to one count of Unlawful Reentry of Removed Alien, punishable by a term of imprisonment of not more than two years, and a fine of not more than $250,000.00.

The charge arose from an investigation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division and the Sequoyah County Sheriff’s Office.

The Indictment alleged that on July 10, 2026, Hernandez, an alien, was found in the United States without obtaining the express consent of the Secretary of Homeland Security to reapply for admission to the United States after having been previously removed on October 17, 2013, April 12, 2013, September 6, 2012, January 12, 2005, and July 5, 2000.

The Honorable Jason A. Robertson, Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, accepted the plea and ordered the completion of a presentence investigation report.

A U.S. District Court Judge will determine the sentence to be imposed after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.

Hernandez will remain in the custody of the United States Marshals Service pending sentencing.
