Court Documents

The indictment alleges that all eight of the charged defendants conspired to commit criminal copyright infringement.  The indictment also alleges that two of the defendants committed additional criminal copyright infringement offenses and related money laundering offenses.  As alleged in the indictment, the criminal copyright infringement occurred through the operation of two online, subscription-based websites, Jetflicks and iStreamItAll.
