United States v. Leo Govoni et al.

Leo John Govoni and John Leo Witeck face a 15-count indictment in connection with a fraud scheme that spanned more than 20 years and involved stealing more than $100 million from, and ultimately bankrupting, the Center for Special Needs Trust Administration, Inc. (CSNT), a non-profit organization in Clearwater, Florida, that managed trusts for vulnerable individuals with special needs.
