Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein Introduces U.S. Attorney Maria Chapa Lopez at the Department of Justice’s Hispanic Heritage Month Observance Program

Today, U.S. Attorney Maria Chapa Lopez provided the keynote address at the 2018 DOJ Hispanic Heritage Month Observance Program in the Great Hall, Robert F. Kennedy Main Justice Building in Washington D.C.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein announced the national theme for this year’s observance month, “Hispanics:  One Endless voice to Enhance our Traditions,” and introduced Ms. Chapa Lopez.

Ms. Chapa Lopez is a first-generation American.  Both of her parents emigrated from Mexico.
