DEA National Prescription Drug Take Back Day

The office participated in this year’s DEA National Prescription Drug Take back day on April 28^th, during which the DEA in Los Angeles collected over 32,000 pounds of unwanted prescription drugs! That’s 32,000 pounds of drugs that won’t end up in the hands of children, drug traffickers, or in our water supply. The National Prescription Drug Take Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse and medications.
