VALOR Survive and Thrive training

As part of an ongoing effort to provide training for our local law enforcement partners in the district, the office partnered with the Bureau of Justice Assistance to host the second in a series of Survive & Thrive trainings. On May 8^th and 9^th, the office provided training to nearly 100 law enforcement officers from around the district. The event, co-hosted by the Glendora Police Department, is an effort to improve the immediate and long-term safety, wellness, and resilience of law enforcement officers. Through a multifaceted approach that includes delivering training, developing and providing resources, and establishing partnerships that benefit law enforcement officers, the VALOR Initiative seeks to provide our nation's law enforcement officers with innovative, useful, and valuable resources.
