Indian Country Law Enforcement Coordination and Outreach – Pojoaque Pueblo

Supervisory AUSA Kyle Nayback and AUSA/Tribal Liaison David Adams met with Pojoaque Pueblo officials including the Governor, General Counsel and Chief of Police, to discuss jurisdictional issues involving non-Indians who commit crimes against tribal members and crimes on tribal lands and casino property.  Representatives from the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office, New Mexico State Police and Santa Fe City Attorney’s Office participated in the meeting.
