The United States Attorney and his staff handle a great number of matters which fall within the jurisdiction of the office, such as investigation of alleged criminal conduct, presentation of indictments, trial of civil and criminal cases, handling appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and affirmative civil actions to ensure compliance with federal law.
