Indian Country Law Enforcement Coordination and Outreach – San Felipe Pueblo

Assistant U.S. Attorney/Tribal Liaison David Adams and the FBI presented training to San Felipe Pueblo on jurisdiction, major crimes, the Violence Against Women Act, and best practices for investigations.  It serves as another step towards building relationships of trust and developing collaborative responses to violent crime in New Mexico. The training is part of the U.S. Attorney’s continuing commitment to strengthening the Office’s government-to-government relationships with New Mexico’s tribes and responses to violent crime throughout New Mexico, including tribal communities.
