Indian Country Law Enforcement Coordination and Outreach – U.S. Marshals Service

Supervisory AUSA Nayback and Tribal Liaison/AUSA David Adams along with FBI provided training to the U.S. Marshals Service, on the topics of executing state warrants and federal warrants in Indian Country, as well as ways to obtain violent fugitives from Indian Country other than with state warrants.  In addition, staff will give a brief description of extradition statutes from various tribal governments in New Mexico.
