Law Enforcement Coordination and Training – Las Cruces Border Patrol Station

On June 14-15, 2016, Deputy Criminal Chief Camacho, Senior Litigation Counsel Abernathy and HITDA Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Cobos provided training for Border Patrol agents at the U.S. Border Patrol’s Las Cruces Station.  The training covered Fourth Amendment issues, discovery, report writing and Brady/Giglio issues and was presented to approximately 70 agents in four sessions over a two-day period.
