Law Enforcement Training for Border Patrol

Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division Camacho and Senior Litigation Counsel Abernathy trained approximately 45 Border Patrol Agents at the Deming Station on Fourth Amendment issues, including roving stops and cell phone searches. Their presentation also included information on discovery and our disclosure obligations under Brady/Giglio. This training was presenteed at the request of the Border Patrol.
