Note: There are no USTP field offices in Washington DC, North Dakota, or Vermont. There was no field office in Delaware until late 2001. Washington DC is included with Virginia cases; most Delaware cases are included with Pennsylvania cases, North Dakota is included with South Dakota cases; & Vermont is included with New York cases.
