The ACH form must be completed and submitted to the U.S. Marshals Service when agencies first become a participant in the Sharing Program and any time banking information changes.
The Department of Justice is required to submit annual reports to Congress which detail, among other data, equitable sharing payments.
The eShare Portal allows agencies to submit DAG-71s, track sharing requests, and submit the annual ESAC.
Each agency’s annual submitted ESAC is available for public view and may be found here.
Each Sharing Program participant must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.GOV). Additionally, vendors for qualified purchases must also be registered and in good standing with SAM.GOV.
