OPDAT’s Field Presence Map (Global Programs) for FY 2026 Q4

While the map directly above indicates the countries in which OPDAT maintains a physical presence, many programs engage with multiple countries as part of their scope of work.

OPDAT is headquartered in Washington, DC; its programs can be divided into four types:

1. OPDAT has bilateral programs in Burkina Faso, China, Colombia, Ghana, Guatemala, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, North Macedonia, Paraguay, Philippines, Romania and Ukraine.
2. OPDAT has regional programs in Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Germany (AFRICOM), Laos and Latvia.
3. OPDAT has both bilateral and regional programs in Albania.
4. OPDAT has International Computer Hacking and Intellectual Property Advisor (ICHIP) programs in Brazil, Croatia, Ethiopia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Panama, Romania, Tanzania and Washington, DC.
