FY 2019 Solicitation Release Plan

The chart below reflects the Office on Violence Against Women’s (OVW) anticipated FY 2019 solicitation release plans which are subject to change. These plans are based on the grant programs administered by OVW in FY 2018 and the programs authorized by the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013.

Please note: in order to make timely funding decisions, solicitations may be released pending a full appropriation. Once an FY 2019 appropriation has been enacted, a program’s solicitation may be cancelled if the program does not receive an appropriation.

Applicants should review each program’s solicitation for detailed information regarding eligibility and application requirements. If a program’s FY 2019 solicitation has not yet been published, applicants can review the program’s FY 2018 solicitation on the Closed Solicitation page to get a basic understanding of the program’s purpose and requirements. However, please note that solicitation requirements can change from year to year and closed solicitations should not be used as a template when developing FY 2019 proposals.

For general information about requirements across OVW’s grant programs, please review the Standard Special Conditions-Grants and Standard Special Conditions-Cooperative Agreements. Once a solicitation has been released, it can be found on Grants.gov or on the Open Solicitations Page.
