Robert Cochran and Tejuana Dillard will go from being federal prison guards to federal prison inmates after each was sentenced to 30 months’ incarceration in separate cases after getting caught smuggling contraband into the Forrest City Federal Correctional Complex (FCC). 

George Elliot Gibson, III, will spend the next 48 months in federal prison for assault with the intent to rob two United States Postal employees. 

Mitchell Best, 43, of Cabot, who was federally indicted for crimes that involved the sexual abuse of a child under five years old, was sentenced to 720 months in federal prison for production of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Percy Jackson, of Memphis, Tennessee, who was on federal supervised release after federal convictions for two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm in Tennessee, will spend the next 235 months in federal prison for committing the same crime, this time in Arkansas. 

Todd Curry, currently imprisoned at the Ouachita River Unit of the Arkansas Department of Corrections, pleaded guilty to mailing threatening communications to six U.S. Senators and former Vice President Kamala Harris. 

Yanci Lissbeth Amaya Aguiluz appeared today before U.S. Magistrate Judge Joe J. Volpe for plea and arraignment after being charged with illegally smuggling clams into the United States.

Silvino Herrera-Munoz, who is in the United States illegally, will spend the next 102 months in federal prison after being convicted of being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm. 

Spencer Walker will spend the next 360 months in federal prison for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

Kevin Langel, who trafficked dozens of kilograms of cocaine from Texas to Arkansas, will spend the next 14 years in federal prison. Bruce Smith, who trafficked multiple pounds of methamphetamine from California to Arkansas, will be in federal prison for the next 10 years. And Larry Rogers, who brokered multiple kilogram-quantity transactions of cocaine between drug distributors in Little Rock, will serve five years in federal prison.

A federal jury has convicted Bobby Scott Glenn of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine and distribution of methamphetamine.

The primary distributor in a fentanyl conspiracy responsible for the distribution of thousands of pills, including one that resulted in a death, will spend the next 27 years in federal prison. 

Bob Pilletto Best will spend the next 240 months in federal prison for his second time being convicted of bank robbery.
