Victor Ramirez-Mora, 20, of Belleville, was sentenced to 360 months in federal prison for production of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), conduct which included producing CSAM images of multiple toddlers.

In coordination with federal, state, and local law enforcement partners, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Arkansas and Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Little Rock Field Office announce the results of Operation Viper. Operation Viper, a high-intensity fugitive apprehension initiative, resulted in 26 warrants executed, the arrests of 39 individuals, a seizure of 35 firearms, the seizure of $74,400 in illegal proceeds, approximately 100 pounds of marijuana, and large quantities of fentanyl and other illicit pills.

Freddy Najil, who robbed three banks at gunpoint in the span of three months, will spend the next 211 months in federal prison for bank robbery and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Star Rana Jackson, who was employed for more than ten years at the American Indian Center of Arkansas (AICA) and for a period of time served as the Executive Director before her termination, will spend the next 48 months in federal prison for wire fraud.

Orlando Nembhard, of Mt. Vernon, New York, will spend the next 135 months in federal prison for his role in a multi-state, cross-country conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute large quantities of methamphetamine. 

Devin Adams, a multi-convicted felon, was sentenced to 180 months in federal prison for being a felon in possession of a firearm. 

Douglas Scott Reeves, who has a lengthy criminal history, including a previous federal drug conviction, will spend the next 120 months in federal prison for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl.

Johnny Lee Underwood will spend the next 240 months in federal prison for distribution of fentanyl resulting in death. 

Laura Parrish, who was employed by the bank for more than seven years before her termination, will spend the next thirty-six months in federal prison for bank theft. 

Aaron Lynn Parks, who previously served a 71-month federal prison sentence for distribution of methamphetamine, committed a new methamphetamine offense while on supervised release and this time received a 156-month sentence. 

Tommy Avance, a multi-convicted felon, will spend the next 240 months in federal prison after his conviction for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
