The Administrative Division

The Administrative Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Kentucky provides a broad variety of resource based programs in support of the United States Attorney.
The Appellate Division
Charles Wisdom, Chief
The Appellate Division is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all appellate litigation in which the Eastern District of Kentucky US Attorney’s office represents the federal government.
The Civil Division
Tiffany K. Fleming, Chief
The Civil Division has representatives in each of our offices and consists of the Defensive Civil Litigation Unit.
The Criminal Division
Ron L. Walker, Jr., Chief
The Criminal Division is responsible for prosecuting violations of federal criminal laws, including firearms and violent crimes, drug trafficking, child exploitation, immigration, and other offenses.
