Assistant United States Attorneys in Northern Alabama

The United States Attorney’s Office recruits Assistant United States Attorneys (AUSAs) in the Birmingham office and the Huntsville branch office as vacancies occur.  Applicants for attorney vacancies must have a J.D. degree; be licensed and authorized to practice as an attorney under the laws of a state, territory, or the District of Columbia; and have a minimum of one year of professional legal experience.  Salary is commensurate with experience.
