Bank Robbery Indictment

United States Attorney Deborah Gilg announced that an indictment was unsealed charging Charles McSpadden, age 42 of Omaha, with bank robbery.  The indictment alleges he took by force, violence and intimidation, approximately $5,376.00 of United States currency belonging to and in the care, custody, control, management and possession of U.S. Bank, 3225 South 42^nd Street, Omaha, Nebraska on or about August 5, 2016. The maximum possible penalty if convicted is 20 years’ imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, a 3 year term of supervised release and a $100 special assessment.

This case was investigated by the Omaha Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
