About The Office

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey is headed by an Executive Office that consists of: Senior Counsel, Philip Lamparello, in charge of the Criminal and Special Prosecutions Divisions; Special Attorney, Jordan Fox, in charge of the Appeals and Civil Divisions; the Executive Assistant U.S. Attorney, Ari Fontecchio, in charge of the Administrative Division; and the Deputy U.S. Attorney, R.
