Niagara Falls Man Sentenced On Drug Charge

BUFFALO, NY—U.S. Attorney William J Hochul Jr. announced today that Percy Hilson, Jr., 27, of Niagara Falls, NY, pleaded guilty before Chief U.S. District Judge Frank P. Geraci, Jr. to distribution of cocaine. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Anthony M. Bruce, who is handling the case, stated that the defendant sold an ounce of cocaine to an unidentified individual on December 10,
2014 in Niagara Falls. Hilson was on Federal Supervised Release from a prior conviction at the time.

Today’s sentencing is the result of an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, under the direction of Sheriff James Voutour and the Drug Enforcement Administration, under the direction of Special Agent in Charge James J. Hunt, New York Field Division.
