Permanent Closure of Tyler, TX, Office

The United States Trustee Program has closed the field office in Tyler, TX, effective January 1, 2026. The USTP will continue to provide oversight and appear in bankruptcy cases filed in the Eastern District of Texas. All notices, pleadings, documents, and correspondence related to and filed in the Eastern District of Texas should be immediately directed to the Dallas field office:
