854. Sample Indictment—Knowingly Receiving Property of Debtor, 18 U.S.C. § 152(5)

On or about __________ , in the ___________District of ________, JOHN DOE, defendant herein, with the intent to defeat the provisions of Title 11, knowingly and fraudulently received a material amount of property from Jane Roe, a debtor in Case No._________, under Title 11, to wit: a silver tea service;

All in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 152(5).
