878. Sample Indictment—Knowing Violation of Bankruptcy Law or Rule, 18 U.S.C. § 156

On or about __________ , in the _____________ District of ___________, JOHN DOE, defendant herein, a bankruptcy petition preparer, caused the bankruptcy case of Jane Doe, No. __________, to be dismissed because of the defendant's knowing violation of Bankruptcy Rule 1007(b) that required a statement of financial affairs to be filed with the debtor's chapter 11 bankruptcy petition.

In violation of 18 U.S.C. § 156.
