Dialogues on Freedom 2019

On March 15, the Office participated in the Constitutional Rights Foundation/ Los Angeles County Bar Association Dialogues on Freedom event. Each year, the program develops, promotes, and administers discussions in high school classrooms throughout Los Angeles County on the constitutional civil liberties and values fundamental to our American system of government. This year we attended the program at Burbank High School. AUSA Gavin Greene covered two scenarios dealing with hate speech and another about whether police could search a hotel room that was being used for an after-prom party without a warrant.
