Opioid Awareness Training

On October 1, 2020, the office hosted the next in our series of Opioid Awareness training for the USC School of Social Work- Forensic Social Work Caucus. In partnership with the DEA and the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), AUSA and office Opioid Coordinator Brittney Harris virtually addressed the undergraduate and graduate students.  DEA Outreach Coordinator Ruth Morales also presented on the ongoing opioid crisis and each outlined ways the students can be part of the solution to the associated abuse and overdose problems in our community.
