NM Sheriff's Association

The USAO-NM presented at the NM Sheriffs' Association Conference about the “Worst of the Worst” Anti-Violence Initiative along with representative from ATF, DEA, and FBI. The discussion included federal jurisdiction, elements of different types of cases, necessary criminal history, 924c, federal guidelines, career offender, and ACCA. Participants in the training included local law enforcement, corrections and probation officers.
